Happy Spring Day!
Started a few projects. Here is my rendition of Sue Olsen's free motion raw edge applique pattern "Country Chicken". I think he is magnificent, wouldn't you agree!?
Was fortunately given this pattern at a quilt show from one who thought it was too much for her to try and am truly thankful.

So excited to be offering it as a class at Cinnamon's Quilt Shoppe here in Jacksonville.
Don't know how you feel about toile, but I feel the toile is the most fun with the little scenery. And combined with some Kaffe and spotted and stripped animal prints... super fun.
Will post more pictures as we get him all feathered up.
